order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our
Returns & Cancellation Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
B. Using This Website
- Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
- You should print or save a copy for future reference.
C. Order Process
- All orders are subject to acceptance. An order acknowledgement email is issued upon receipt but does not
constitute acceptance.
- Acceptance of your order takes place when the goods are dispatched unless we notify you that we cannot
accept it.
- Some products require additional confirmation, such as Special Order or Custom Order wheels. These will
not be processed until we receive your explicit agreement to the relevant terms.
D. Special Order & Custom Order Items
Certain products fall outside our standard order terms:
- Special Order Wheels – wheels sourced and imported specifically to fulfil your order
requirements.
- Custom Order Wheels – wheels drilled or machined to your exact vehicle specification
(PCD, offset, centre bore, or other custom machining).
Before processing these orders, you will be required to sign or reply “I agree” to a Special Order Agreement
or Custom Order Agreement. Once the supplier has begun processing or machining these wheels, the order
becomes non-cancellable. These items are exempt from the standard right to cancel under the Consumer
Contracts Regulations (CCR 2013), Regulation 28(1)(b) (“goods made to the consumer’s specification or
clearly personalised”).
E. Delivery
- Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier
processing, machining requirements, customs, international transit, or courier network issues.
- Delays outside our control do not make Special Order or Custom Order items cancellable once supplier
processing has begun.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery or the first delivery attempt.
F. Payment
- Payment is taken at the time of order. If an item is unavailable, you will be notified and refunded.
- All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Ownership passes to you once payment is received and the goods are delivered.
G. Returns, Cancellations & Your Legal Rights
Your rights depend on the type of product ordered. Full details are provided in our Returns & Cancellation Policy.
- Standard goods: 14-day right to cancel (CCR 2013).
- Special Order goods: non-cancellable once supplier processing begins.
- Custom Order goods: non-cancellable once machining begins.
- Tyres fitted to wheels: considered used and not returnable for change of mind.
H. Warranty
All wheels and tyres are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. Damage
caused by impact, misuse, improper cleaning, or winter use of polished/chrome wheels is excluded. Full
details are available upon request.
I. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not liable for:
- business or consequential losses;
- loss of goodwill or reputation;
- costs arising from incorrect fitment, unless caused by our error.
J. Fitment Responsibilities
You must ensure wheels and tyres are suitable and correctly fitted before use. Fitting incorrect wheels or
tyres may invalidate returns and warranty. Do not fit tyres or drive on wheels if you believe they may be
incorrect. Contact us immediately for support.
K. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of
the English courts.
