1. Your Right to Cancel (Standard Goods)

If you purchase standard, non-customised goods, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (CCR 2013).

You must notify us of your intention to cancel and return the goods in unused, unfitted, and resalable condition.

2. Special Order Items

Special Order wheels are sourced and imported specifically for your order and cannot be cancelled once supplier processing has begun. These goods are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel under CCR Regulation 28(1)(b).

A signed Special Order Agreement or “I agree” confirmation will always be required prior to processing.

3. Custom Order Items

Custom Order wheels are drilled, machined, or otherwise physically altered to match your exact vehicle specification and are permanently personalised to your order. These goods are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel under CCR Regulation 28(1)(b).

Custom Orders cannot be cancelled or returned once machining begins. A signed Custom Order Agreement or “I agree” confirmation will be required before work starts.

4. Tyres Fitted to Wheels

If you purchase wheels and tyres together and the tyres are fitted before dispatch, the assembly is considered used. Fitted assemblies cannot be returned for change of mind.

5. Returning Standard Goods

To return standard goods:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
  • The goods must be unused, unfitted, undamaged, and in original or equivalent packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of inspection. If goods are damaged, used, or not returned in resalable condition, deductions may apply in accordance with CCR rules.

6. Faulty, Incorrect, or Not-as-Described Goods

If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, do not fit it to the vehicle. Contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and arrange inspection or collection where necessary. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain fully protected.

7. Packaging Requirements

All returns must be packaged securely. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by insufficient packaging. If goods arrive damaged due to poor packaging, your refund may be refused or reduced.

8. Before Fitting

You must check the wheels and any supplied fittings for suitability before fitting. Once wheels or tyres are fitted, they are considered used and no longer eligible for return unless faulty.
